Nothing will make you feel more uncomfortable than when you go to an company's website and you feel like you're in a city: there's flashing lights, looks like a lot of people are there, everyone seems to want to know you … but the moment you pay to join, it looks like you're in a desert. Anything that's alive just wants to eat you. The point here is this: If you can not get phone support – fast – you do not want get mixed up with that company. Problems will arise, that's not negative, it's just a fact of life and when they do, you'll want to have a fast, effective support system available to you. Look into their support system and make sure it satisfies.
